On this page I'll be sharing the quest to make more power and also to make that power both usable and hopefully have a car that holds up to the added power! Also going to get rid of some items I've added over the years that I simply do not like! For one, ever since I added the fuel cell to my trunk, I have hated it. I also had ladder bars with housing floaters, that simply were never right. Getting rid of all of it. With the added power of the turbo I will be changing the brakes from manual disc & drum, to power four wheel disc. Fuel system is going to be back to a modified oem style gas tank, but with Product Engineering Fuel pump and boost referenced regulator. Ignition is being upgraded to a MSD 6A-2 programmable box. This will allow me to change my timing advance with a laptop. Also, will be adding methanol injection from Snow Performance. Suspension will be switched from ladder bars to Calver Racing Caltracks with 9 way adjustable shocks. The turbo will be an 80mm Turbo. Rear-end is still a 9", but with new big bearing housing, 31 spline axles and disc brakes with a Detroit locker.
